Great cut. Thanks planet hair!

I went in for a simple haircut - the same as always. I got scalped. Erin is the owner's daughter with excellent job security and questional mental stability. On this day, she was fighting with her boyfriend (why did I need to know this?) and un-evenly shaved the bottom part of my head. My wife has long ago moved on due to the unpredictable, terrible service of this woman and warned me not to expect consistency from her. Had to get scapled before moving on - which is what I will do in the future

I have since spoken to several other stylists at other salons as well as researched the issue online. The treatment can most definitely be repeated once a year (more often if desired). In my opinion, she either made a mistake or the product needed that day wasn't at the shop when I arrived. In either case, once the error was made, the lies came in rapid succession to cover the first one - until she was contradicting herself, unable to keep up with so many of them.

I have since had to go to another shop to have the correct treatment. I am out the initial money and the ridiculous amount of time required to go through this process. Rude and incompetent.

I have been to other salons usually trying to get highlighting the way I want it. I have been here three times, and Erin does a great job at accomplishing what I want.

The more I pressed that I wanted what I had gotten last year (and every year prior to that in another state), the angrier she got, stating it was not an option, and if I didn't trust her, I should go somewhere else. I agreed.

Quality of service has gone way down. I asked for a slight t trim and got a very short cut. Chalked it up to a bad day - hair grows. I went back for my annual Keratin treatment. I get one at the beginning of every summer. Last year - it was perfect. This year I got a different treatment. When I questioned it, I was told it was the same one, just being applied differently. The next clue that it was not what I asked for was the price. 1/2 of previous year. But the final clue was after it was washed (almost 72 hours later) and the kinky frizz was back.

When I called - they said my stylist would contact me. No call, so I called again. She stated that "yes - I had received the same tx as last year, and sometimes it doesn't take." Went back for correct treatment and immediately tried to confirm that I would be getting the full Keratin straightening. She stated I could not do that again because it wasn't "virgin" hair and that she could only do the relaxer again. She said they had been having problems with the product she had used and would be using another one.
