Haywood Regional Health and Fitness center is an outstanding resource for the community on the local and regional level. The amenities are plentiful and the facility is top notch. Being a new member here all staff have been helpful and supportive. One team member in particular stood out in particular. Michael M. at the front desk was an outstanding help from the moment I walked on. He always appears busy but will still take the time to provide assistance when needed, he is very personable, and learns members by name over time. He is the type of employee one wants at the forefront of their organization; leading by example and placing Haywood's mission into practice on a daily basis. He took my and I am sure others experience here from great to exceptional. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.
