First time I actually felt like my doctor cared about what I had to say. It's a long wait but it's worth it !
They don't care about their patients. Went for a first visit in March, was difficult to get an appointment and when I did they "checked" my insurance and assured me I was in network and had a co pay, but I wasn't and I didn't, so I ate the fee. She refused to continue to treat my primary issue, which literally requires a script (nothing else) and insisted on a specialist, which my previous doctor had not. They told me it would took 5-7 days to get a referral, took two weeks and numerous phone calls. Six months pass, and I called to get a cancer screening referral to a specialist. It took almost a week to get an answer 10-12 phone calls, they again refused without an office visit. Just don't go here. Nice doctor, their office manager/scheduling system sucks.
